The white panels of low-maintenance 9mm fibre cement Multiclad, form the soffits to the balconies of the 400+ stunning one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments arranged around five steel-framed high-rise buildings.

Set within almost two acres of landscaped gardens on the banks of the historic Bridgewater canal and located within the Castlefield Conservation Area, Saint George's Island was formerly a bus depot and has taken three years to transform into Manchester's only residential island.
