Depots help create Decent Homes
Connaught Baldwin, working with Eurocell Building Plastics (EBP), is making a positive impact for residents in 120 properties in Yeadon near Leeds.
The project, which is part of the Decent Homes programme involves the supply of roofline and window trim products through local EBP depots, along with window and door profiles through its sister company Eurocell Profiles Limited which has enabled Connaught Baldwin to maintain exceptional customer services on site The network of depots offered by EBP means that Connaught Baldwin is also able to source locally on all their Decent Homes programmes throughout the region

"On sites such as this one, where the residents remain in the property during the refurbishment, it is vital that the work is done speedily and efficiently and having all the products available nearby is one way of ensuring this".
Connaught Baldwin fabricates its own high security windows using Eurocell's PVC-u profiles, to meet their own demanding specification and the client's specific budget requirements.
They also manufacture composite doorsets, again using Eurocell profiles.
The doors are PAS23/24 rated in addition to BM TRADA Q MARK and Secured by Design which offers public sector specifiers some of the best performances available.
Connaught Baldwin carry out work on many Decent Homes programmes throughout the Yorkshire region.
