Eurologik in woodgrain grey was specified because planning authorities felt that it would be less intrusive to the surrounding area.

The new build developments will sit alongside a refurbished Grade II listed toll house.

Strict visual requirements meant planners were also involved in selecting a colour scheme for the external render, which was specified in blue, cream, red and orange to avoid large expanses of uniformly coloured walls.

An insulated structural framing system was used to construct the buildings, which consisted of internal metal studwork, insulated EPS boards, cavity, along with the coloured external insulated render.

Malbern fitted the Eurologik windows directly into the studwork.

The woodgrain grey Eurologik profile system from Eurocell is offered as a standard colour.

Holding grey in stock ensures quicker turnaround of orders for fabricators, especially those looking to offer PVC-U as a cost effective alternative to aluminium.
