Euro Office Equipment supplied office furniture for University of Oxford Finance Division's recent relocation to new premises.

Euro Office Equipment Limited [Euro] supplied office furniture for the University of Oxford Finance Division's recent relocation to new premises The University's historic finance function, which dates back many hundreds of years, was originally known as the University Chest

This title relates to the various chests that were used to hold funds down the centuries, and even though the coffers are no longer used the treasury is still sometimes referred to as the Chest.

Euro provided today's 150-strong Finance Division with equipment for both their reception area and main office at the new location.

The furniture supplied included screens and seating, and desks sourced from Euro's business partner, Office Plan Limited.

The project had stringent timescales.

Finance Division's new offices had to be completely furnished by 18 December 2006, only four weeks after contract award.

This meant that Euro not only had to supply the office furniture but also had to manufacture two hundred office chairs within a month.

Euro's Managing Director Michael Hodge summarises: 'We won the business for this prestigious customer against fierce competition.

I believe that the key reasons we were awarded the contract were quality product offerings combined with a demonstrable commitment to meet customer requirements.

The Finance Division had to be totally satisfied that we could furnish their new premises with the right furniture in the necessary timescales'.
