Euro Office Equipment business growth plans

Office equipment specialist Euro Office Equipment celebrate new contracts with NHS, Remploy and local authorities.

This latest success in its growth strategy is being backed by The Royal Bank of Scotland ("RBS").

Euro was established in 1986 and today it is led by Michael Hodge, Managing Director, and David Mead, son of the business' founder who is responsible for sales.

The Bournemouth-based business operates nationwide, and aside from distributing office furniture and steel storage, Euro manufactures its own range of seating and also provides a refurbishment service for office chairs.

The business has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and has doubled its sales in the last year.

Euro has long established contracts with the NHS and has won new public sector contracts resulting in increased nationwide distribution.

In order to serve the requirements of the new contracts and continue to grow the business, Michael approached his banking partner, Brian Ashford at RBS for funding assistance enabling the business to increase its output.

Understanding the business' needs Brian worked with his colleague Steve George from RBS Invoice Finance, who led the banking team in providing Euro Office with a bespoke invoice discounting line, providing the business with increased working capital facilities.
