Financial backing for MBO secures
Everwhite
Management buyout of Everwhite Plastics to form Everwhite has ensured it remains one of Britain's biggest independent manufacturers of PVC-UE cellular foam building products.
It is also the leading manufacturer of internal PVC-UE plantation shutter systems for the UK, US and European markets The new four man management team of Richard Taylor (Chairman), Paul Jayne (Managing Director), Alyn Elcock (Sales Director) and Nigel Coombes (Technical Director), has bought the assets and customer base of Everwhite Plastics

They are attracting huge interest from fabricators and installers looking for an attractive and unique product to replace falling window sales".
"The renewed business safeguards the jobs of 67 employees and provides continuity of service and support for our roofline and plantation shutter customers in the UK and Ireland, the US and mainland Europe," continues Paul.
"We intend to increase the workforce to over 100 as we attract new customers.
"Everwhite is backed by a committed, focussed and professional management team with a large amount of experience, and we look forward to building upon the considerable success of the Everwhite brand within the industry.".
