Exor helps manage the risks

Exor Management Service providing a core component of Weymouth and Portland Borough Council's drive for procurement efficiency.

As a part of the councils' implementation of new procurement processes and systems, Exor are providing the supplier risk management and compliance services.

This is an exciting time for Weymouth and Portland, with its status as a Pathfinder Authority improving local government in Dorset, combining with the development of the Borough as an Olympic venue for 2012 and in the region of GBP400m worth of regeneration projects and investment either in place or in the pipeline for the borough.

The Exor service has been developed to meet the needs of both the small SME supplier as well as the large corporate provider and covers all aspects of business accreditation and risk management, including; Supplier Quality, Health and Safety and Financial Resilience, specifically assessing.
