Fakro launch fire rated loft ladder.
The launch by Fakro of its LWF Loft Ladder reaches new heights for the manufacturer, the product's hatch having achieved 30 minute fire protection standard when tested to BS EN 131 Part 2 1493.
As with all Fakro's 2, 3 and 4-part folding ladders, the LWF is made from close-grain redwood pine which is guaranteed to be knot-free Their popularity owes much to an adjustable spring operated opening mechanism
Treads, which are 340mm wide by 70mm deep and have grooves cut into them for added safety, are fitted to the frame by dovetail joints.
The overall U-value is 1.1W/m2K.
