Roof window switches from top to centre
pivot.
Fakro's FPP preSelect roof window uses a unique, patented mechanism which enables opening to be switched from top to centre pivot at the flick of a switch in the frame.
The thermally efficient window has an overall U-value of 1.4 and is secure in any position For convenience, the operating handle is in the base and so provides around a 10% bigger glazing area
Manufactured using close grain, knot-free redwood pine from an FSC certified source, every element of the FPP is recyclable.
It is suitable for roof pitches between 15degrees and 55degrees, and is available in five sizes, with a variety of glazing options.
