Scaleguard can dissolve limescale and prevent it from returning on taps, showers and kettles in hard water areas.

Scaleguard is cost effective and simple to install, softening limescale and allowing it to be removed.

Scaleguard works by sending out a computerised modulated signal, altering the physical properties of the scale forming calcium molecules.

This prevents further build-up of scale by stopping the molecules from adhering to themselves or any other surface.

The solubility of the water is increased and existing scale is dissolved back into the water and gradually removed.

Scaleguard works on all types of property and pipework up to 28mm in diameter.

Drinking water is not affected and the system is maintenance free.

Scaleguard is compact and includes an internal, six-volt, transformer.

The device requires 4 watts of electricity and costs around GBP3 a year to run and comes with a ten year guarantee.

The initial cost is GBP99 +VAT.

The device complies with IEC335, is manufactured in the UK to conform to EEC regulations.
