It's very important for us that the users of our vehicles receive a good training and correct instructions in order to use the trailer optimally.
Until now these trainings were carried out with full satisfaction by our after-sales-team.
Only an appropriated infrastructure was missing in order to offer an adequate reception and stay.

Luxemburg certainly offers some advantages, for example the low salary costs where we take advantage of.
But the construction of the new training centre proves that we don't want to neglect our presence in Belgium: on the contrary, we want to oppose the delocalisation of the steel construction to the East.
What is the training centre made of?.
There is an attractive reception and some additional offices, which were necessary because of the staff growing in the last few months.
Moreover there are also two separated training rooms, where the drivers can undisturbed receive the explanations, the requested documents as well as the manual of instructions in his own language.
Depending on the trailer, there are also some instruction films.
Afterwards, the driver has to manipulate the vehicle by himself so as to get used to the trailer.
In the training centre you can also find a sleeping area with 2 equipped bedrooms and a bathroom.
As Faymonville works with international customers, the drivers often come from far away.
If a driver has to stay more than one day, he can sleep there or simply take a shower after a long trip.
If there are some changes to operate on the truck, the driver has to wait sometimes for a long time but he can spend it now in an adequate atmosphere.
The training centre has a restaurant, so that there is always the possibility to eat something.
This shows that Faymonville is giving all priority to the well-being of the driver and the service to the customer.
The centre also disposes of a large meeting room, where Faymonville can organize trainings and conferences for large groups.
This is the case for example if the company invites school classes to demonstrate the professional opportunities inside of the company.
