Graitec release Advance Steel 2009

Graitec are launching their new 2009 Advance Steel, a program aiming to provide steelwork professionals with a major tool for the industry.

Gratiec are well known as providers of complete CAD and analysis software specifically for the field of structural engineering and construction.

Founded in 1986 by Francis Guillemard, the originally French company has progressed rapidly over the years.

Graitec now has subsidiaries in the USA, Canada, Spain, the UK, Czech Republic, France and Romania.

It also has a global network of over 30 partners.

Company products are usually available through a number of resellers.

Some major benefits of Advance Steel 2009 are increased speed and efficiency, improved display performance and security.

It increases the speed of making general arrangement and fabrication drawings as well as NC files and lists.

The product also allows several team members to work simultaneously and can check which issues need addressing on a master model.

Notifications are sent to users in real time to give accurate information as to what is being worked on by others, allowing for better coordination and organization.

The Advanced Steel is fully compatible with AutoCAD and available as either 32-bit or 64-bit.
