Graitec UK launches intelligent BIM series

Graitec UK has launched the 2010 series of its Advance suite of structural analysis and design software solutions.

The 2010 series, comprising Advance Steel, Advance Concrete and Advance Design, is a fully integrated suite of products that covers initial concept, detailed analysis and design to fabrication.

The suite offers the full benefits of building information modelling (BIM).

Graitec's Advance suite is compatible with industry standard modelling tools including AutoCAD and Revit, extending their capabilities by providing a true BIM data platform.

It also incorporates intelligent functionality designed for those working on steel or reinforced concrete structures.

Graitec technology can accept and share models from other CAD/CAE systems.

This allows finer details such as cages, connections, drawings and schedules, typically too laborious for most modelling systems, to be quickly and automatically created.
