New conditions of storage from FTA
Specimen conditions provide both the customer and the company with a clear, concise and understandable document giving guidance whilst goods are being stored/warehoused.
The Freight Transport Association has published updated Conditions for the Storage of Goods These specimen conditions provide both the customer and the company with a clear, concise and understandable document giving guidance on the responsibilities of both parties whilst goods are being stored/warehoused
The conditions can be used complete or as a template for modification to meet the particular requirements of either or both parties.
