Solid timber log buildings designed in the UK and manufactured in Finland to the highest specification.
With the requirement to reduce CO2 emissions from buildings and reduce energy costs, Finnish Living Homes UK was formed at the beginning of 2005 after six months of investigation into alternative and cost effective building styles This arose from a working collaboration between David Campbell as an Agricultural Diversification specialist and Iain Robinson Architect and Planning Consultant

Construction is due to start on our first build this autumn, which is a new farmhouse on the edge of the North Moors National Park and planning permission has been received for over twenty more units that will be constructed over the next year.
Solid log construction can be used in a wide range of projects; Bespoke Houses, Office Accommodation, Community Centres, Swimming Pools, Medical Centres, Restaurants, Farm Shops, Sports Clubs, Cricket Pavilions, Golf Clubs and Leisure Buildings, Warehousing/Industrial Units and Workshops.
All these can be engineered to individual requirements in solid log construction.
