Available in five colours, Oak, Walnut, Teak, Red Cedar and Fir Green, the professional stain treatment provides a suitable hard-wearing finish.
Electrical equipment can also be provided as optional extras for the cabins; under-floor heating provides a practical and easy-to-install primary heating option for cabin owners, comes complete with its own thermostat to regulate and control a suitable temperature.
Decorative flooring to cover the heating element can also be provided by Finnforest, and is available in either laminate or real wood veneer finish.
Further electrical options include easily installed full security systems and LED lights.
The motion detector alarm can detect movement up to 20 feet away, and emits an ultra-loud 125dB siren.
In addition, an automatic telephone dialer will contact up to three programmable numbers should an intrusion occur.
Meanwhile, the LED lights are easily fitted to the exterior patio portion of any of the cabin models, and provide soft exterior lighting for evening use.
Also available as optional extras are indoor saunas.
The Lovisa cabin, for example, comes with an optional built-in sauna room.
The ready-to-assemble, easy-build sauna room includes a stove, stones, benches, guard, thermometer, bronze tinted glass door, copper ladle and copper bucket.
These saunas can allow a simple cabin installation to become a much more profitable enterprise, and can also be installed in a customer's home, expanding the product's potential market.
This is a comprehensive range of extras, launched this year, aimed at extending the potential uses of a log cabin.
Research has indicated that log cabin owners are more likely to treat their log cabin as a fully functioning extension of their home; in addition, it has also shown that the main uses for these log cabins are a home offices, home gyms, summer houses and play rooms.
