Working with Gerry Lytle Associates of Guildford and Lampard and Partners Co of Albury, Fendor helped refurbish this run down building.

The building gained lottery funding so that it could be restored and renovated for the benefit of the local community in Charlotteville, Guildford The building was used for many years in the Victoria period as a hostel for vagrants

This came about due to the '1834 Poor Law' which was set up so that vagrants would not sleep rough.

Fendor provided doors to meet the client's requirement of 30 minute integrity only doors with pull handles.

The doors needed to be fire rated, but also have minimal door and framing profiles to give a sharp clean appearance.

Along with Fendor Pyrolithic integrity only glass, the framing system used was the Fendor SwingLine non rebated door system, with SlimLine side and over panels.
