Forticrete makes difference at housing
development
Forticrete has supplied William Davis with its Hardrow Harmonies range of products for the developer's Moorledge housing project in Matlock, Derby.
The Hardrow Harmonies Overture tiles were used in a mix of light grey, dark grey and thatch colours to blend in with the surrounding architecture Forticrete's standard Cast Stone dressings and slate grey Gemini roof tiles were also used throughout the development
Commenting on the product choice of William Davis, Adam Seal, Area Sales Manager at Forticrete explains: "The Hardrow Harmonies Overture solution creates a traditional aesthetic which matches the original Derbyshire style slate on older houses in the area.
However, it is a much easier product to work with, saving time and money on site.
"It means architects can create the exact look they are after, without compromising the developer's budget and schedules".
William Davis worked in partnership with the Home Group and architects Stephen George and Partners on the development.
