Hanson acquisition of Formpave
Hanson Building Products announced the acquisition of Formpave Holdings Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Hanson Building Products (HBP), the UK building products division of Hanson PLC, announced the acquisition of Formpave Holdings Limited (Formpave) for an undisclosed sum Formpave is a high quality manufacturer of concrete block paving with a market leading position in the fast growing Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (S.U.D.S.) market
