A Forward Vision CCTV product story

Leading Pan-Tilt-Zoom CCTV camera manufacturer, Forward Vision CCTV , have relocated to customised premises at Fleet Business Park, Church Crookham, Hants.

The company, which part of the Extreme CCTV group, is well known for producing the robust MIC1, or 'Metal Mickey', CCTV camera series developed to provide flexible solutions for hostile environments.

James Smith, Forward Vision's marketing manager says, "The move is consistent with planned growth and the new building provides the space in which to expand our research and development, servicing and product management teams.

In short, this will allow us to provide an enhanced service to customers and reduce lead times for product development, servicing/repairs and manufacture".

Peter Beare, managing director - EMEA for the Extreme Group says, "Most significantly, our new RandD facilities at Church Crookham allow Extreme to continue to accelerate engineering developments and grow Forward Vision as a Centre of Excellence for mechanical products.

"We have attracted a loyal customer base of leading British security consultants, installers and end-users who specify the Metal Mickey on performance and versatility.

This investment in an expanded RandD team and facilities at Church Crookham ensures that Forward Vision continues to innovate new products - such as the recent collaboration with FLIR on the new MIC1-412 Thermal range - that create further opportunities for growth.
