Illumi-Array is a patented new LED lighting system that opens up new opportunities to create innovative lighting solutions for a wide variety of applications.

Developed by the Japanese hi-tech experts Fujikura and marketed in the UK/EC by Fujikura Europe, the unique technology used in the Illumi-Panel and Illumi-Rod maximises the advantages and design capability of LED lighting solutions.

Applications to date include Commercial/Domestic lighting, Advertising displays, Informative/Educational displays, Leisure lighting and in-vehicle lighting.

Existing LED panel or rod lighting technology is lacking in versatility, appearance and energy efficiency.

The Illumi-Array uses a significantly lower number of LED's and offers a much more versatile, energy efficient solution.

For Illumi-Panels, the LED's are side mounted alongside a lightweight polymer panel.

Panels can be flat or arranged on curved surfaces.

The light shines into the panel and light 'dots' can be created and arranged at any desired location - allowing the user to create designs and/or text to best suit their needs.

The brightness of each individual dot can be varied and multiple panel designs allow the creation of 3D effects that can be static or dynamic; in white, red, green or blue.

When the panel is switched off, it is almost completely transparent - ideal for doors and windows.

The Illumi-Rod uses a single LED to illuminate a polymer rod.

This single LED can create up to 50 light dots over the length of the Illumi-Rod which again can be straight or formed to fit curved surfaces - ideal for leisure and in-vehicle lighting.
