Strong attendance figures for Futuresource 2010
Building on its inaugural success last year, Futuresource 2010 enjoyed a 6.6 per cent increase in overall attendance and for exhibitors, a 10.4 per cent increase in trade visitors.
Organised jointly by the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and Environmental Services Association (ESA), the Futuresource conference and trade fair at ExCeL London brought more than 300 exhibitors and 100 speakers from across the industry together under one roof.
The event played host to key ministers, including Caroline Spelman, the new Secretary of State for the Environment.
Exciting plans are already underway for Futuresource 2011, which will take place on 14-16 June 2011 at ExCeL London.
Moving to new halls, the exhibition will also have a new layout and will be reclassified into three zones to more accurately position exhibitor products and services and make it easier for visitors to find relevant areas on the show floor.
