Gang-Nail provides software for Just Stairs

Gang-Nail Systems is supplying its StairCon design and production software to stair manufacturer Just Stairs, providing a fast and easy approach to the creation of timber staircases.

Gang-Nail Systems is helping to increase productivity of the Essex based stair manufacturer.

Used extensively by manufacturers and joinery companies, StairCon software is used for the detailing of timber staircases producing material schedules, 3D visualisation and manufacturing drawings for manual production along with direct links to industry used CNC machinery.

Steve Bull, Manager of Just Stairs, is sure that the introduction of the software will help to increase the overall productivity of the company, commenting, "We decided to use Gang-Nail's StairCon software as it offers all the functionalities we were looking for".

"In addition, we were able to avoid any problems during the installation process thanks to Gang-Nail's excellent telephone and online support centres".

He continued, "Compared to alternative stair design offerings, StairCon is far superior due to its user-friendly features, allowing for quick navigation across the entire software package, helping to save time during the initial planning stages".

"From a practical point of view, we can use the StairCon software on a laptop, out of normal office hours, and then transfer the data across the following day, linking directly to our CNC machinery".

StairCon and StairCon CNC is specifically developed for the design, manufacture, price estimation and real view 3D visualisation of timber staircases.

It is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, an area that users are already familiar with, making the learning process far easier and quicker, providing a rapid return on investment.
