Gang-Nail business as usual after ITW acquisition

Following the recent acquisition by Illinois Tool Works (ITW), Gang-Nail will operate as usual with all existing management and staff.

Gang-Nail's Roof and Truss and Matrix software programmes will remain and staff will continue to operate from Gang-Nail's Aldershot office.

Jason Ruddle, Sales and Marketing Manager for Gang-Nail said: 'Strategically speaking, the acquisition will help ITW to strengthen its positioning within the building components industry throughout the UK, Ireland, South Africa and additional emerging European markets by building on Gang-Nail's specialist area of expertise'.
