GAP Online ordering tops GBP1 million

Sales for GAP's online ordering service have topped the GBP1 million mark since the service was launched nine months ago.
Since January 143 of GAP's customers have ordered a wide range of home improvement products online Joint Managing Director Simon Bird says: "Online ordering has proven to be a hit with our customers"
"It's easy to use and because it's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year orders can be placed whenever it's convenient".
"Our live account facility means account holders pay the same price as if they bought a product at one of our depots".
"More than 85% of GAP's products can be ordered online and new products are added all the time".
"We've already added another 300 products this autumn alone".
Orders placed up to 11pm still qualify for next day delivery, or customers can collect it from one of GAP's 11 depots.
Simon continues: "The online ordering service is part of our commitment to helping customers run their businesses effectively.".
