Gartec has installed a disabled platform lift in the Craftworld store in Manchester's stunning new Lowry Designer Outlet Shopping Mall Part of the Salford Quays re-development scheme, the Lowry Designer Outlet Shopping Mall is the only factory outlet shopping in Manchester

With a choice of 80 stores, cafes and restaurants, free shopper parking and a stunning Quayside location, the Lowry Outlet Mall includes stores from Nike, Cotton Traders, Karen Millen, Windsmoor, O2, Craftworld, Carphone Warehouse and Molton Brown.

There is also a gym and cinema and nearby are a number of museums and attractions including The Lowry Arts Centre, the Imperial War Museum North and football legend Manchester United.

Barry Rose, Gartec's Northern Regional Sales Manager, said: "Craftworld retails an extensive range of furnishing and houseware products and the 2-stop platform lift we have just installed at the store now enables customers with impaired mobility to access the upper sales level with ease".

The Gartec platform lift at Craftworld is modern in design and finished in an attractive white colour scheme to match the decor within the store.

The lift is fully flexible, with concealed automatic door openers and is of an extremely high build quality.

It is fully self-contained within its own fully glazed shaft, providing travel over 3.8 metres and required no separate structure or machine room.
