When informing Gensler's David Bartlett of their decision, Ilona Nieuwenburg of ING said, "Gensler made the decision easy for us".
Gensler win Master planning project for Technical University Delft South Research and Development Zone Gensler presented conceptual approaches that analysed the economic, spatial and cultural potential of the site.
The master plan will provide a flexible, expandable set of accommodation nodes to form a network within the wider matrix of the Technical University activity.
It will relate to the historic centre of Delft and to the Mecanoo master plan with spaces created for interactivity and exchange and an interconnecting web of buildings, landscaped spaces, watercourses and public movement corridors.
