Gemini Data Loggers has been manufacturing the Tinytag range in the UK since 1992. Tinytag loggers are used for cost-effective building monitoring, primarily to record temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide levels. Data from battery powered loggers is downloaded to a PC via a USB connection, while in larger-scale applications, the Tinytag Wireless data logging system uses a self-configuring mesh network to send ‘real-time’ data automatically from multiple locations to a receiver connected to a PC.
The loggers can be used for short-term localised ‘trouble-shooting’ or remain in multiple locations to build up profiles. The loggers are configured with Tinytag Explorer, easy to use software that allows you to view and export data for further analysis.
The Tinytag CO2 data logger helps verify that ventilation systems are performing correctly and enables steps to be taken to maintain optimum internal air quality. Temperature and humidity loggers are used to record environmental conditions to comply with H&S regulations; to monitor the effects of different types of building materials, and to validate heating and air-conditioning systems.
The Tinytag range also includes data loggers that record voltage, current and count inputs which can be connected to a variety of third-party sensors, to provide specialist loggers for specific applications.
