GF Holding beats demanding schedule on prestigious Park Lane Casino project.

The task of extending a top London casino and delivering the very highest standards of workmanship has proved to be no problem for one of the UK's leading interior fit-out contractors GF Holding extended the prestigious Rendezvous Casino by adding what is now one of the most sophisticated new gaming areas in the country and still managed to complete the work ahead of the already demanding 8-week project schedule

Acting as Main Contractor for its client, London Clubs International, GF Holding converted a series of unused storerooms into a new E-lounge area, installing new walls, partitions and ceilings and also adding new bars and toilet facilities.

The new E-lounge area features a sophisticated bespoke interior decoration scheme - all completed by GF Holding - and it is now the first lounge of its type in the UK to offer table-top and bar-top gaming facilities.

All work had to be undertaken while the original casino premises remained in operation and with the minimum of disruption to normal business.

"We pride ourselves on the level of finish and workmanship we provide on every project we do, but for something of this nature the standards were especially high," comments Simon Holding of GF Holding.

"Not only did our specialist expertise in leisure sector projects prove to be particularly valuable on that point but it also contributed to our being able to complete the project ahead of schedule," he adds.
