"Our recycling products not only save money for these companies, but by selling on their baled waste, it can actually make them money." Environmental influences have caused concern about the disposal of waste within UK industry, with skip costs rising and a significant increase in landfill tax, beginning in 2007 and continuing to rise until 2010.
On top of this, the Government has confirmed that European targets for recycling will both be increased and legislated in the near future.
"There is a very real demand for solutions for waste management," continues Mr Wells.
"CK International works in partnership with a national network of recycling agents who will collect bales on a regular basis and pay revenue for them".
"WE offer a wide range of machines that are foremost, easy to use, and which can compact from between 50kg and 600kg".
The company also offers a no obligation, free of charge waste management survey to confirm what savings can be made.
Although CK International's clients include Shepley, Weatherseal and Total Glass, the majority of its customers are smaller fabricators who have benefited most from the cost savings available".
"We could not think of a better arena to promote our products and services to the UK market than Glassex," concludes Mr Wells.
"Every fabricator and installer in the UK knows that they must tackle the issue of recycling sooner or later and we are looking forward to spreading the message.".
