Bruce Whale from Ravenswood Contract Interiors explained: "The building originally had two ordinary coir door mats in the reception area, which were constantly clogged with dirt".
"These mats were not effective in removing mud and moisture from passing traffic and as a result, the entrance carpet was becoming soiled and showing signs of damage and wear".
"I suggested that proper barrier matting should be used in conjunction with a secondary barrier carpet in order to improve the entrance area".
Access primary barrier matting was installed, with a grey base and Boulevard 6000 Shadow (grey) wipers.
This was combined with the Boulevard 6000 secondary barrier carpet in Sunfire (Red) on the entrance staircase in order to reduce the amount of dirt and moisture tracked into the building.
The look was finished with bronze stair edgings with Lead (grey) insert.
Bruce Whale continued: "Gradus were my first port of call for this project as I was aware they have a huge cross section of products available".
