Gradus accessories gives Learning Zone
the edge
Gradus Accessories has supplied stair edgings from its innovative XT range for installation which forms part of an exciting new GBP38million educational campus at Macclesfield Learning Zone.
The state of the art Learning Zone also incorporates a new home for the College's European Centre for Aerospace Training (ECAT) and a joint sports centre The XT stair edgings were fitted onto 11 staircases as a superior safety measure to reduce the risk of slips, trips and falls, in line with the guidance in Part M of the Building Regulations 2000

The XT range incorporates 55mm treads and both 40mm and 55mm risers to meet the guidance in Part M, and specifiers can choose from 11 different coloured inserts to provide colour contrast with surrounding floorcoverings.
