2007 show promises to be bigger and better with new show-stopping features, more celebrities and countless experts on hand, guiding visitors through every step of the design and build process.
Celebrity line up for Grand Designs Live NEC 2007
Sarah Beeny, Naomi Cleaver, Diarmuid Gavin, Jason Bradbury and Oliver Heath confirmed to join Kevin McCloud at Grand Designs Live NEC.
Due to popular demand, the 2008 exhibition will be held over nine days, providing visitors with access to products, information, services and advice for their own Grand Design - no matter how big or small.
Visitors hungry to glean information and guidance on how to complete their own project can head straight to the Information Hub, sponsored by Velux, where a qualified team of specialists will offer free advice and counsel spanning all areas of design and build.
Based on a first come, first served basis, visitors have access to one-to-one half hour long sessions with some of the top industry organisations and associations, including, RIBA, RICS and 20th Century Society along with Grand designs Magazine experts who will address issues, concerns and ideas.
Whether visitors are looking for help with finding a plot of land, advice on the best building techniques or interior design know-how, the Information Hub specialists will provide recommendations on topics ranging from briefing an architect and sourcing planning permission to ideas and inspiration on creating breathtaking interior spaces.
Also, The Information Hub is home to The Grand Designs Library where visitors can get information and inspiration from every TV house that has ever appeared on Grand Designs including those from the current series.

What's more, free seminars will take place at the Grand Designs Seminar Theatre with lectures and discussions to inspire budding designers covering topics such as planning, design, ecology and finance.
The schedule covers the six key elements of the show and includes an exciting line up of TV stars, industry experts and Grand Designers from the TV programme.
Based on Channel 4's hugely successful Grand Designs series, presented by design guru Kevin McCloud, the live exhibition gives visitors six inspiring shows for the price of one.
With over 500 exhibitors, the show will have even more show-stopping features, celebrities and expert advice than ever before.
