New seminar programme at 'HazardEx In The Regions' will give delegates an update into ATEX and DSEAR directives as well as the globally expanding IECEx programme.

The successful series of regional seminars covering the UK, Europe and Middle East that is HazardEx In The Regions, has announced its new dates for 2007 and new seminar programme that will give delegates an update into the ATEX and DSEAR directives as well as the globally expanding IECEx programme A new paper by TAS Engineering Services explaining safety around arc flash and another from Sira Certification Service which will help explain and offer guidance on staff competency in hazardous areas join other well received presentations from Protego and Integrity and Compliance Management

The proceedings will cover Non-Electrical and Electrical requirements, the issues of competency, repair and overhaul, arc flash and effective structuring of the Ex framework for mist, gas, vapour and dust in hazardous areas within the major processing sectors such as oil and gas as well as the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food/beverage and waste water treatment industries.

Aimed to satisfy the intention for all delegates to return to their workplace with a far greater understanding of all that is required under the regulations now in force across Europe and offer an excellent networking opportunity with cross industry peers.

As well as a series of expert presentations, there will also be a small exhibition area and an inclusive lunch providing ample opportunities to speak to industry experts on a one-to-one basis - places are limited so call now to book! Russell Goater, publisher of HazardEx The Journal and Hazardous Area International, comments "Because the issues surrounding the European ATEX Directives continue to carry such importance amongst the 'end-user' market and the global uptake of the IECEx certification scheme by manufacturers shows dramatic growth, these regional events have been configured to enable a greater number of engineers and technicians working in industry, to benefit from HazardEx supported presentations around the UK, Europe and in the Middle East where regulations are harmonised or observed".

To enquire about prices or to book your place at one of these events, please call Samantha Macdonald or Laenie Juan on +44 (0) 1732 359990 alternatively you can email them on events@imlgroup.co.uk.
