New Sliding Door Gear System

Hafele have released a new sliding door gear system to suit glass and timber doors called the HAWA Ordena 70.

The HAWA Ordena 70 is a multi talented system for floor to ceiling wooden and glass sliding doors up to 70kgs per panel Walk in closets with sliding doors are the up and coming trend and for good reasons: variable space utilisation, easy access and a permanently tidy room

Now for everyone who dislikes elaborate framework, Hawa have launched the Ordena 70 system.

This new sliding door gear system is suitable for 8 to 10mm frameless glass doors and for solid wooden panels 30 - 40 mm thick, either together or on their own.

The option to combine wood and glass offers new freedom to architects and craftsmen to design distinct walk in closets and partition systems for their clients.

The HAWA Ordena 70 system which is top running and hence dirt free, employs a low headroom dual running track which can be easily concealed.

Glass doors are suspended via subtle patch fittings which are covered with caps, available in a range of finishes, and two different styles.

The HAWA Ordena 70 is available in two versions which are both top hung but have different bottom guiding options.

The HAWA Ordena 70/P features point fixing, rattle proof bottom guides, so there is no guide track on the floor.

The HAWA Ordena 70/F is supplied with a discreet continuous track, in which the bottom guides run.

The guides are sprung to counter any unevenness on the floor.

On both systems a centre stop retains the panels at a desired position whilst still allowing them to side in any direction.

As with all Hawa products the Ordena 70 range has a silky smooth and near noiseless running action, and is available exclusively from Hafele. Request a free brochure from Hafele UK ...
