Combined biometrics and audio/video
entry controls

Hafele have combined biometrics and audio/video entry controls with the introduction of Gira security systems.

Gira combines a finger print reader with a door-located audio or audio/video combined communication system all integrated within a small, switch sized and flush mounted panel designed for access points handling up to 100 readings And all with no reliance on PC computer controls or software

Data captured by the Gira finger print reader are recorded for analysis - even slight examples of injury are registered and the flush mounted panel reader can also detect signs of life in the finger presented.

The encrypted data can then only be further processed by the Gira finger print evaluation unit, thus even eliminating unauthorised activity at any computer controlled storage or administration station.

Gira finger print sensors comprise in-built software controls which constantly check, evaluate and validate the finger print data of regular users taking change into account.

This has important admission implications for users with, or suffering from, regular minor injuries and also for use by children whose finger print data changes as they grow.

A two-colour LED displays the information evaluation process during programming and operation and the biometrics technology can be separated from the audio/visual sides of the system and used independently; elements can also be retro-fitted at any future stage.

Gira is a highly secure solution for small numbers usage and particularly for families in domestic situations where the security identification data are subject to continual change. Request a free brochure from Hafele UK ...
