Arclad flashes ahead with deliveries
Delivery lead times for flashings and fabrications have been reduced to an industry-beating 24 hours by Arcelor Construction UK.
Lead times had already been improved to 48 hours on standard profiles but now those for flashings and fabrications from the UK's leading supplier of steel building envelope solutions truly set the industry standard The service has been specifically introduced to help contractors resolve any issues on site so now they not only get 95% of all orders delivered on time in the first place (and acknowledged the same day they place the order) but they can rely on Arclad to get them out of a tight spot if needed

Arclad launches new concept to roofing contractors
Arclad by Arcelor Construction UK (formerly Haironville TAC) has launched a new concept for the supply of their range of building envelope solutions to roofing and cladding contractors.
The flashings service is just the first of many improvements Arclad plans to introduce for contractors this year when a host of other order and customer service initiatives as well as new product launches, industry accreditations and guarantees to make the industry really sit up and take notice, will be introduced.
Arclad is part of Arcelor Construction's worldwide Energy initiative, redefining local logistics and rapid responses through, among other factors, a newly-formed dedicated sales team.
It also means the factory in St Helens is now concentrating on the products "most wanted" by contractors - profiled roofing, cladding and decking sheets as well as flashings and fabrications - all manufactured from Arcelor Mittal steel.
