New lightweight insulated roof and wall system that comes with exceptional guarantees has been launched by Arval from Arcelor Construction UK.

The new recruit to the Arval portfolio is the Fidelite twin-skin roof and wall system, which provides a single source of supply for a non-fragile roof or wall assembly with a range of guaranteed U-values for compliance with current Building Regulations Fidelite has won LPCB certification to LPS1181 Grade B and comprises a non-fragile walkable profiled liner sheet with glass fibre insulation, spacer system, profiled outer sheet and accessories such as rooflights, flashings, fixings, sealants and rainwater goods

Highly engineered, the system is extremely flexible, giving excellent fire performance and acoustic values along with low air permeability.

Capable of achieving a wide range of thermal performances, it is also low-maintenance.

Fidelite features Arval's AR200XP pre-painted profiled steel sheets incorporating the benefit of a Galfan substrate based on 95% zinc and 5% aluminium alloy.

The company's Hairexcel Granite finish can also be selected as an alternative.

This is a highly durable coating system that includes metallic colours and features a resilient 30-micron primer with enriched corrosion inhibitor and 30-micron cross-linked polyurethane finish coat.

A semi-gloss, slight granular finish is produced without the use of chlorine to aid the environment.

Fidelite comes in a wide range of colours, coatings, textures and finishes and in profiles that are smooth, self-curved or crank-curved.

Easy to install, the system boasts a full manufacturer's warranty of up to 25 years and has the added benefit of very high recyclability to help sustain the future environment.
