New rental deal for HBXL building
software
Builders can now get hold of three of the UK's best building software packages from HBXL for under GBP3 a day.

Incorporating PlansXpress, EstimatorXpress and Health and Safety Xpert it means builders will be able to draw building plans (or scan in existing plans), price the building work and produce essential health and safety paperwork, saving huge amounts of time and saving thousands of pounds in consultant's fees.
Joanna added: "This is a fantastic, low risk option to gain entry to our suite of products and is perfect for smaller businesses which don't perhaps have the initial outlay to buy them outright.
"It's also a great way for new users to experience our software as builders are only committed for 90 days.
There are also tax benefits as the software has not been purchased so is not deemed as an asset, and is therefore 100% tax deductible.
"Using our software in this way costs the equivalent of GBP2.78 per day.
By renting the software builders can reduce their up front costs and offset the monthly rental fee against their tax charges while at the same time improving the services they offer.
"When you compare the cost of this deal against the daily cost of business broadband which can be anything up to approximately GBP80 a month, it shows what a good a deal it is".
HBXL are offering the HBXL Project Toolkit at a special launch rental price, with an initial deposit of GBP399 +VAT followed by a quarterly rental of GBP249 + VAT (GBP2.78 per day).
