Clever Socket Adaptor From Hepworth
Hepworth Plumbing Products has introduced a new Hep2O push-fit flexible plumbing system socket adaptor designed to allow direct connection between a 22mm fitting and 10mm pipe.
The decision to launch the product reflects the increasing popularity of micro-bore plumbing, particularly in the UK housebuilding sector The fully integrated adaptor fits into a standard 22mm Demountable socket, replacing the grab wedge
With the fitting re-assembled and end cap in place, a 10mm joint can then be made in the normal manner, by simply pushing home the pipe.
Availability of the adaptor eases and speeds conversion of 22mm fittings to accept 10mm pipe without the need to carry other fittings and reducing tees.
