three days
Celcon Flooring System provides a fast and effective method of installing ground floors with all the benefits of a suspended floor and all the attributes of aircrete.
Covering 585 square metres, 167 Celcon Flooring System elements have been installed in three days on a housing development at Brampton, near Huntingdon The system was chosen by local developers Campbell Buchanan for the ground floors of two blocks of terraced houses, totalling eleven homes
The Celcon Flooring System provides a fast and effective method of installing ground floors with all the benefits of a suspended floor and all the attributes of aircrete.
Elements up to 6m long can be craned into position and, once grouted will create a secure, level platform that can be built from immediately.
Because the Celcon Flooring System is manufactured from aircrete, excellent thermal performance can be achieved, often meeting Building Regulation compliance with additional insulation, depending on the footprint area.
