Devon demo attracts Ra house enquiries

Development at Dawlish Warren is using the H+H Celcon Ra House concept with Celcon Foundation blocks, the Celcon Flooring System and solid walls using 215mm Celcon blocks with the Thin Joint system.

Work has started on a project to construct 18 holiday apartments at Dawlish Warren on the South Devon coast.

The development is using the H+H Celcon Ra House concept with Celcon Foundation blocks, the Celcon Flooring System and solid walls using 215mm Celcon blocks with the Thin Joint system.

The work is being carried out by recommended Randaring; House contractor Buildtec South West of Exeter The use of the Celcon Flooring System has been a great success with 781m2 being laid in 31/2 days, despite tight access to site.

H+H Celcon invited a number of architects and housebuilders to watch the work underway and many returned again to see the Thin-Joint walls being built.

All were impressed by the speed and quality of the build and the demonstration has already resulted in requests to quote for a number of significant housing projects in the region.
