H+H UK also offers a range of standard house plans which are Housing Corporation plan-compliant.
There are seven house types in total, created to accommodate a variety of family groupings and different site layouts.
The plans utilise the Ra Build system and have been designed to the spatial and layout aspects of the Scheme Development Standards.
