Furniture industry component supplier Hills Panel Products has been selected by an international manufacturer to distribute their new ranges.

L and S Light Solutions, which was established in Italy in 1970, has selected Hills Panel Products (HPP) to distribute their Infinity and Eternity lighting ranges in the UK.

The Infinity range is a kitchen wall lighting system which diffuses light over the whole of a worktop.

A horizontal extension above the light forms a shelf which can be used for placing kitchen objects within easy reach of work surfaces.

The Eternity range uses the same energy saving fluorescent lamps and diffuses light over the whole worktop, but doesn't include the top shelf.

HPP will also be supplying similar lighting solutions for living areas and bedrooms.

Commenting on the modern lighting systems, HPP managing director Stephen Hill said: "These innovative designs produce a contemporary look and I am sure they will prove very popular with customers looking to update their current kitchen design." Hills Panel Products, which employs 130 staff at its sites in Oldham and Sheffield, was formed in 1991 and today provides melamine-faced products to more than 1,500 clients.
