New engineering manager for Hidrostal UK
Matt Winser appointed Hidrostal UK's new engineering manager.
Matt is delighted to be back at the company he first worked at as an Applications Engineer in 1996 Matt, a graduate with a B Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering left the company in 1998 to go travelling, however his relationship with Hidrostal has continued throughout

During his travelling he took up part-time employment with Weir Services Australia, where again he worked with Hidrostal pumps.
After his travels he spent 15 months working in Ireland at The Thompson Group again in association with Hidrostal.
Matt was then offered the position of Hidrostal Product Manager by Weir Services Australia and he and his wife moved backed to Australia in 2001.
As Product Manager for Weir Services Australia, Matt was responsible for all facets of their Hidrostal business with an annual turnover in excess of GBP1m+ .
He was the sales and technical engineer and often called on the expertise of Hidrostal UK to help with projects as they are Weir Services first - line of support.
One of his major successes was Brisbane City Council who purchased and installed 18 large Hidrostal wastewater pumps, at a total value of GBP750K.
As Engineering Manager, Matt will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Engineering Department and all engineering aspects of Hidrostal 's future projects.

It is very rare to find somebody outside the company who has so much experience and knowledge of Hidrostal pumps and the waste water industry.
We are very pleased he has decided to return to the UK He will be a true asset to the Company.' Matt is excited to be returning to his roots and is looking forward to using his experience and expertise to contribute to the company's short and long term goals.
Matt has returned to the UK with his wife and 4 year old twin daughters and is looking forward to making the Newbury area his new family home.
