Swell RSL Housing Orders For Higgins Construction

The order book of Higgins Construction PLC swelled this week by the addition of three estate regeneration partnering contracts totalling over £9 million.

This means more work with clients Brent Housing Partnership (£3.5 million, London NW10), Stort Valley Housing Association (£1.8 million, Bishops Stortford) and East Thames Housing Group (£4.3 million, London E14) to create, in total, 62 new homes and refurbish 200 flats.

Higgins arrive in October on the Bishops Stortford site of Stort Valley Housing Association to prepare groundworks for the construction of 16 new flats and a community centre.
