Higgins Takes Bishop In £1.8m Move On Housing

Construction PLC is on board this week with Stort Valley Housing Association for the £1.8 million development of 16 new flats and a community centre in Bishop's Stortford.
The contract is procured on a partnering basis, for the Higgins team to begin groundworks on 10 October.
Client Stort Valley Housing Association is part of the Anglia group.
Stort Valley Housing Association was formed in 1995, following the award of a housing management contract by East Herts District Council.
It operates from main offices in Bishop's Stortford and either owns or manages around 3,500 properties across Hertfordshire and outer London.
