Higgins Moves In For New £12m
Contract
Higgins Construction PLC has won a £12 million contract to refurbish 650 flats on the Pembury Estate in the London area of Hackney for client, Peabody Trust.
The works involve complete internal refurbishment to the kitchens, bathrooms and re-wiring of all properties over 185 weeks while the residents remain in-situ So this means the immediate involvement of Higgins' award-winning resident liaison team ahead of the works starting in the New Year
The contract is part of an on-going programme of external and internal refurbishments for the estate over the next two years.
