Loughton-based Higgins City has won a specialist contract to refurbish and build new facilities at the existing landmark pub "The Albany" in Twickenham, the home of english rugby.
The project designed by Paul Brookes architect includes a new roof, complete internal and external refurbishment, new M and E works, stripping out of internal fixtures and fittings as well as part demolition to the building to provide a further 17 flats all for ?1.5 million Works commence at the end of March ready for completion in 2005
