Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Jun 2, 2004

Higgins City confirms three new contracts totalling £5 million for a combination of education and ecclesiastical clients.

Higgins will build new sports facilities at Kensington Primary School (for the London Borough of Newham) and at Bishop Wand School in Sunbury (for the school's governors).

The new 3 storey meeting house for The Church of the Latter Day Saints will be built in Ilford, Essex The Sunbury project is especially challenging as the remaining works are divided into 13 phases involving most of the school buildings.

Many of which will be occupied by pupils and staff.

Higgins City begins ground works for these sites in May for completion in 2005.
